Badeal-Alternatives assembles a group of senior professional activists with a rich and unique expertise in the field of reforming and developing the social sector, and covering a wide spectrum of interventions through applying creative participatory processes which engage the various stakeholders. 

The scope of interventions includes policy reform, advocacy, organizational restructuring, governance, financial reform, capacity building, social mobilization and designing communications campaigns for behavioral results.
